Abstract: This research investigates the impact of globalization on vocational career paths in Nigeria, examining how global economic integration, technological advancements, and cultural exchanges influence vocational employment trends and skill requirements. Globalization has reshaped labor markets, creating opportunities and challenges for vocational education systems to align with international workforce demands and career pathways. The study aims to (1) analyze trends in vocational career paths influenced by globalization, (2) assess the adaptation of vocational education programs to global workforce needs and skills, and (3) propose strategies for preparing vocational students to thrive in globalized economies and diverse work environments. A survey research design is employed to gather insights from employers, international business leaders, and vocational graduates. A sample size of 400 participants will be chosen through purposive sampling to represent multinational corporations, vocational alumni, and global trade organizations in Adamawa State. Case studies will examine global workforce trends and successful career transitions facilitated by vocational education. Findings indicated increasing demand for cross-cultural competencies, language skills, and global industry certifications, with challenges in curriculum globalization and international collaboration. Recommendations include integrating global perspectives into curriculum, expanding international exchange programs, and fostering partnerships with global enterprises to enhance vocational students' global readiness and career competitiveness in a globalized economy.
